The AI advice, nutritional analysis, and exercise suggestions provided by the App are intended for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. Always consult a physician or qualified professional for important health decisions.
The Developer assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from actions taken by Users based on information provided by the App.
All intellectual property rights in the software, design, text, images, and other content contained in the App belong to the Developer or their rightful owners. Reproduction, repurposing, or secondary use beyond the scope permitted by these Terms is prohibited.
The Developer may add, modify, suspend, or terminate features of the App without prior notice to Users. The Developer assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by Users as a result.
The App is provided "as is." The Developer makes no warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App. The same applies to damages caused by communication failures, system failures, or failures of third-party services (such as Firebase or Google Gemini).

The Developer may revise these Terms from time to time. In the event of significant changes, we will provide notice within the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
